Our standard cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both pilgrims and our service partners. The following timelines apply from the original date of departure.
90% refund of total package cost. 10% deducted as administrative fee.
70% refund of total package cost.
50% refund of total package cost.
25% refund of total package cost.
No refund will be issued. We strongly recommend travel insurance for last-minute changes.
Air and rail ticket cancellations are subject to the airline/railway company's own cancellation rules. These are not under our control and are deducted in full from any refund.

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or temple closures, refunds are subject to recoveries from hotels, airlines, and other suppliers. We make best efforts to recover and refund.
