Booking & Payment

How do I book a Shirdi tour package?
Simply choose your departure city on our Packages page, pick a package that suits your dates and budget, and click "Get Free Quote" or call +91 88861 00031. Our tour advisor will confirm availability, send you the itinerary, and process your booking via WhatsApp or email.
How much advance payment is required?
A 30% advance deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat. The balance 70% must be paid 7 days before travel date. Full upfront payment is required for bookings made within 7 days of departure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. All payments are processed via secure SSL-encrypted gateways.
Can I get a GST invoice for my booking?
Yes. We provide proper GST invoices for every booking. Just share your business name and GSTIN at the time of booking. We are GST registered: 36AABCS1234F1Z5.

Travel & Transport

What types of buses do you use?
We use Volvo multi-axle AC sleeper buses for overnight journeys (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai routes), and Scania/Mercedes AC seater buses for shorter routes (Mumbai, Pune). All buses are air-conditioned with private berths/seats and onboard charging points.
Is there a flight option to Shirdi?
There's no airport in Shirdi. The nearest airport is Aurangabad (130 km, 2.5 hr drive). Our Deluxe packages include round-trip flights to Aurangabad plus a private AC cab transfer to Shirdi and back.
What about train options?
The nearest railway station is Sainagar Shirdi (within Shirdi town) or Manmad Junction (16 km from Shirdi). We offer custom train packages from cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai with direct trains. Contact us for available train options on your preferred dates.
Where do you pick me up?
Each city has multiple boarding points. For example, Hyderabad has 7+ pickup points (Lakdi-ka-Pul, Ameerpet, KPHB, Miyapur, LB Nagar, Secunderabad, Mehdipatnam). Please specify your preferred boarding location at the time of booking.

Hotels & Accommodation

How close are the hotels to Samadhi Mandir?
All our partner hotels are within 500 metres (5-10 minutes walking distance) of Samadhi Mandir. Most are within sight of the temple complex.
What is the room sharing policy?
Standard rooms are double occupancy (twin sharing). Triple sharing is available for families at no extra cost. Single occupancy comes with a supplement charge (typically ₹1,500 extra per night).
Can I get a specific hotel of my choice?
Yes. If you have a preference for a specific hotel, mention it at booking. Subject to availability, we'll accommodate your request. Premium hotels may have a price difference.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges (₹500-1,000 typically).

Darshan & Temple

What is included in VIP Darshan?
VIP Sukhasan Darshan includes priority queue entry to Samadhi Mandir, reserved seating during aarti, and access to the inner sanctum. It saves 2-4 hours of waiting compared to regular darshan. Tokens are included in our Standard packages.
What are the aarti timings at Shirdi?
Daily aarti schedule: Kakad Aarti (4:30 AM), Madhyana Aarti (12:00 PM), Dhoop Aarti (sunset, around 6:30 PM), Shej Aarti (10:30 PM). Tickets are needed for Kakad and Shej aartis — we can arrange these on request.
Is photography allowed inside the temple?
Photography is strictly prohibited inside Samadhi Mandir. Mobile phones must be deposited in lockers (free) at the entrance. Photography is allowed in the outer courtyard and at Dwarkamai/Chavadi areas.
What is the dress code at Shirdi?
Modest traditional attire is recommended. Covered shoulders and knees required. Avoid shorts, sleeveless tops, and revealing clothes. No leather items (belts, wallets, jackets) inside the inner sanctum.

Cancellation & Refund

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 30+ days before travel (10% admin fee). 70% refund 15-30 days before. 50% refund 7-14 days before. 25% refund 3-6 days before. No refund within 3 days. See full cancellation policy.
How long does refund processing take?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers and UPI typically reflect within 3-5 days; credit card refunds may take 7-10 days as per bank policy.
What if my flight or train gets cancelled?
Airline and railway cancellations are governed by their own policies. We help coordinate alternate travel arrangements but the cost difference (if any) is borne by the pilgrim. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Can I postpone my trip instead of cancelling?
Yes. You can postpone your booking up to 7 days before original travel date with no extra charge (subject to season/availability). Postponements within 7 days incur a ₹500 administrative fee.

Senior Citizens & Special Needs

Are your packages suitable for senior citizens?
Absolutely. Hundreds of seniors travel with us every month. Our Deluxe Flight packages are most recommended for elderly pilgrims as they avoid long bus journeys. We also provide wheelchair assistance, ground-floor hotel rooms, and slow-paced sightseeing on request.
Do you offer wheelchair assistance at the temple?
Yes. The Sansthan provides free wheelchair service at Samadhi Mandir entry. Our tour coordinator will help arrange this on arrival. Please mention any mobility needs at the time of booking.
Can you cater to special diets (Jain, diabetic, gluten-free)?
Yes. All meals are pure vegetarian (sattvic) by default. Jain food, diabetic-friendly, low-salt, and gluten-free meals are available on request. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Is the package suitable for children?
Yes. Children below 5 years travel free (sharing parent berth/seat). Children 5-12 years are charged 75% of adult fare. We provide kid-friendly meals and flexible itinerary on family bookings.
