By booking any tour package or service with ShirdiTourism, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment.
A 30% advance deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made 7 days before the date of departure. Bookings made within 7 days of travel require full payment upfront.
Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, government restrictions, or temple closures. We will inform you of any major changes in advance. Minor adjustments are made at the discretion of the tour manager.
Hotels listed in your package are confirmed at the time of booking. In rare cases of unavailability, we will provide an equivalent or upgraded hotel. Standard check-in is 12 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
Pilgrims are expected to follow temple dress codes, photography rules, and the directions of tour managers. ShirdiTourism reserves the right to terminate a tour for any pilgrim who disrupts the journey for others.
ShirdiTourism acts only as a booking and coordination agent. We are not responsible for losses, delays, or accidents caused by airlines, railways, hotels, or third-party suppliers. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Photography inside Samadhi Mandir is strictly prohibited by the temple authority. Devotees are required to deposit phones and cameras in lockers before entering.
ShirdiTourism is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by acts of nature, government orders, strikes, riots, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, refunds are subject to recoveries from suppliers.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
